By accessing or using BrainGym360, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

If a child uses BrainGym360, a parent or legal guardian should review these terms and supervise the child’s use of the service.

You must provide accurate information and keep access to your email and Google account secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

One-time sign-in codes are confidential. Do not share them with anyone. We may suspend access when we reasonably believe an account is being misused or compromised.

BrainGym360 provides quizzes, activities, challenges, explanations, and other learning material for educational and general informational purposes.

We work to keep content useful and accurate, but we do not guarantee that every question, answer, recommendation, or generated response will be complete or error-free. Important academic decisions should be checked with a qualified teacher or appropriate source.

Use BrainGym360 lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass security, access another person’s account, scrape content at scale, upload malicious code, or use the platform to harm others.

You may use the service for personal learning. You may not copy, sell, republish, or commercially exploit BrainGym360 content or branding without written permission.

We use account information to provide sign-in, personalize the learning experience, maintain progress, protect the service, and communicate service-related information.

Authentication emails may include one-time codes and security notices. Never send us passwords or one-time codes in ordinary email messages.

BrainGym360, its visual identity, software, original activities, and original learning content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Any feedback you provide may be used to improve the service, without an obligation to compensate you.

BrainGym360 may rely on third-party services for authentication, email delivery, hosting, analytics, artificial intelligence, or other features. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices.

We may improve, replace, pause, or discontinue features to maintain security, reliability, or the quality of the learning experience. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.

BrainGym360 is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.

You may stop using BrainGym360 at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when these terms are violated, when required by law, or when necessary to protect users and the service.

We may update these terms as BrainGym360 changes. The updated date will appear at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
